Brand Marketing Coordinator

New York City, NY In person Full-time

FASHIONPHILE is more than just fashion — we’re revolutionizing the ultra-luxury fashion experience in order to create a sustainable alternative that extends the life cycle of products and makes them more accessible to a diverse customer base. As we strive to become the world's most sought-after brand in luxury re-commerce, we know it's our team members who make it all happen! We value diversity in our people, perspectives, and products.

About the Opportunity

FASHIONPHILE is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to bring precision, follow-through, and creative energy to how our brand shows up in the physical world and alongside the people who champion it. This role sits on the Brand team and owns two connected mandates: running the FASHIONPHILE Archive Tour end to end, and building and managing brand partnerships and talent relationships that elevate FASHIONPHILE's reputation in the luxury resale space. It is a highly cross-functional, detail-obsessed role for someone who wants ownership over a visible, always-on piece of the brand calendar.

Why This Role

This is a builder's role. You'll have visible ownership of one of FASHIONPHILE's most consistent brand touchpoints, direct exposure to Creative, Procurement, Retail, and Brand leadership, and a clear runway to grow into broader partnerships and project management scope.

  • Drive brand tags and organic content from loan recipients, and build lasting goodwill with talent and their teams.
