About the FCA and team
We regulate financial services firms in the UK, to keep financial markets fair, thriving and effective. By joining us, you’ll play a key part in protecting consumers, driving economic growth and shaping the future of financial services in the UK.
SPC oversees firms and individuals (supervision), creates and reviews the rules by which they operate (policy) and identifies and remedies ineffective competition in markets (competition). Join the Asset Management & Funds Department within the FCA’s Buy-Side Supervision Directorate, where you'll help develop and deliver supervision strategies that protect consumers and support market integrity. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll engage with firms and stakeholders across the sector, respond to emerging risks and contribute to supervisory approaches that support positive outcomes across financial markets.

- Collaborate across the FCA, working closely with teams such as Enforcement and Authorisations to deliver joined-up regulatory outcomes, continuous improvement and enhanced ways of working
