The Expertise & Skills You Bring
- 10 plus years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, or a related function within financial services, consulting, or a regulatory agency.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with federal and/or state financial services regulators, including examination management and regulatory engagement.
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance management systems.
- Experience assessing regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business guidance and risk-based compliance solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise executive summaries, board materials, and regulatory correspondence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and business teams.
