- Previous experience in consumer credit analysis or SME/business lending.
- Experience in regulated and/or unregulated lending (bank, non-bank, vehicle finance, unsecured loans, low-doc loans, mortgage loans etc.).
- Previously held a delegated lending authority.
- Strong attention to detail, divergent thinking, excellent communication and customer service passion.
- Solution-focused, flexible, and collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs and contribute to team success.
- Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are highly regarded.
