Description
The Principal Quantitative Modeler serves as Treasury’s senior technical lead for quantitative methodologies, behavioral modeling, and scenario design that support balance-sheet management and financial risk decisions. The role develops models of deposit rate sensitivity, balance runoff, pricing responses, and loan prepayments, owning their methodologies, calibration, back testing, and ongoing monitoring. Working with the broader Treasury team, the role translates these insights into assumptions, scenarios, and analytical tools that support balance-sheet forecasting, interest-rate risk assessment, liquidity stress testing, funds transfer pricing, and strategic decisions.
The role translates complex quantitative results into clear insights for senior management and governing committees.
