Professional Services Consultant II

Under general supervision, applies in-depth knowledge to analyze complex consulting requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs. Implements consulting solutions, incorporating knowledge to address client challenges. Coordinates tasks for large or somewhat complex consulting projects, ensuring effective collaboration among team members and successful project outcomes. Communicates internally to provide strategic insights and maintain strong client relationships.

Develops and documents intricate consulting solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness to guide project implementation. Examines the consulting landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing services and providing added value to clients. Applies strategies to implement consulting solutions, ensuring the achievement of project goals and client satisfaction. Controls and configures elements of projects, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to project specifications.

Under limited supervision, conducts routine quality assurance checks, ensuring the highest standards in consulting deliverables and client satisfaction.

Developing individual contributor role who works independently under general supervision to support departmental goals. Responsible for achieving operational targets by adjusting or recommending improvements to systems and processes. The work involves solving problems within the job area, interpreting, and explaining information to others. Communication is primarily internal, focusing on further explanation or clarification. The colleague may influence others by sharing knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures.
