Job Title

As a Business Operations Analysis - Senior Associate, you will support operational governance, performance reporting, risk monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across business functions. This role is responsible for analyzing operational data, developing recurring and ad hoc reporting, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting process optimization initiatives.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data providers to ensure reporting accuracy, investigate operational issues, manage user access administration, and contribute to control and process improvement efforts. The role also includes supporting system change validation through structured testing, documentation, and results analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and distribute monthly operational performance reports, risk assessments, and management information for key stakeholders.
• Design and maintain weekly dashboards and executive-level reporting to support senior management decision-making.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, control gaps, operational issues, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and data source owners, to validate data integrity and resolve data quality issues.
• Investigate operational incidents, reporting discrepancies, and risk-related items, and support root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
• Provide analytical support, research, and business insights to operational and technical teams.
• Track operational and access-related requests to ensure timely completion within defined service-level expectations.
• Document business processes, reporting logic, procedural workflows, and functional requirements.
• Build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Monitor data quality controls and escalate inconsistencies, exceptions, or reconciliation issues as needed.
• Support testing and validation activities for system enhancements, process changes, and production updates by creating test cases, executing test scenarios, and documenting outcomes.
• Required Skills and Knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint, with working knowledge of VBA and Python, SQL, Power BI, including Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret operational and reporting data.
• Ability to identify operational risks, assess impact, and support development of corrective actions or mitigation strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex findings into clear business language.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in reporting accuracy, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and operational demands.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
