HR District Manager

Lead the people strategy that powers our stores and DCs. As the District HR leader for your district, you’ll translate Fleet Farm’s vision into action, driving consistency, strengthening leadership capability, and elevating the Team Member experience. This player–coach role blends strategy and hands-on leadership. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior field leaders, guide complex employee relations matters with confidence, and develop a high-performing team of HR Individuals.
