Job Summary

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through innovation and technology.
• Analyze business problems and propose technology-enabled solutions.
• Participate in workshops, hackathons, innovation challenges, and project-based learning.
• Apply logical thinking and analytical skills to solve operational and technical challenges.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates who actively leverage AI for learning, coding, problem-solving, productivity, or innovation will have a distinct advantage.
