As our Event Operations and Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering seamless events across a growing portfolio while helping to expand a standalone events business. Manage end-to-end logistics, timelines, and on-site operations for multiple concurrent events Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV providers, and event suppliers Coordinate event setup, run-of-show execution, and bump-out activities to ensure seamless delivery Oversee registration platforms, attendee communications, and event-day coordination Track event budgets, reconcile expenses, and support financial reporting activities Ensure compliance with safety, legal, insurance, and risk management requirements while maintaining contingency plans Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, clients, contractors, and stakeholders Support the rollout of satellite and regional events to increase member engagement and touchpoints Develop and deliver premium member experiences, workshops, and exclusive opportunities that support revenue growth Collect and analyse event performance data, including attendance, engagement, revenue, and NPS metrics Manage post-event surveys, debriefs, ROI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive YOU'LL BE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE...
