About Flight Centre Travel Group Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel companies with over 12,000 employees globally - who we call ‘Flighties’. With over thirty brands under our family tree and headquarters in more than twenty countries, our roles are diverse and our opportunities are endless. When, we say we’re a great place to work, we have the proof to back it up. Over the past 12 years we’ve been voted a ‘Great Place to Work’ including one of the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing and Best Workplaces for Women.

Together, we live and breathe our number one philosophy, our people, and turn up each day driven by our purpose to open up the world for those who want to see. Put simply, we’re a bunch of travel lovers looking for more travel lovers to join our family. About the role WhereTo is looking for a Product Enablement Specialist to help run the function that becomes the go-to point of contact for product questions across our business.

WhereTo is a nimble, startup-minded team within Flight Centre Travel Group focused on building the next-generation business travel platform that serves two of Flight Centre's main business travel brands, Corporate Traveller and FCM. As Product Enablement Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day execution of the function: triaging incoming questions and stakeholder feedback, consolidating roadmap information, supporting go-to-market communication for new releases, drafting release notes and product-win comms, and documenting what's shipped, working closely with and reporting to the Product Enablement Lead, who sets the standards and handles anything complex or sensitive.

You'll be a key point of contact for Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, and Brand stakeholders when they need clear, accurate answers about what we're building. If you're a sharp, clear communicator who enjoys being the person who always has the answer, or knows exactly who does, we'd love to hear from you. About you Experience: 2+ years in a role centered on internal communications, product operations, technical/solutions support, or a similar cross-functional capacity.

Experience translating technical or product detail for non-technical audiences. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, this is the core of the role. Strong organizational skills and comfort maintaining a single source of truth across multiple stakeholders. Ability to synthesize complex product information into clear, concise updates for varied audiences. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.

Proficient with roadmap and release management tooling (Product Board and JIRA being our current tools of choice) and internal comms platforms (e.g., Workvivo). Industry Knowledge: General understanding of the business travel industry and WhereTo's product portfolio across both brands. Comfort learning quickly across a broad product surface, since this role touches the full breadth of what WhereTo builds rather than one specific product line.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, particularly while helping stand up a brand-new function. What's in it for you Exclusive Travel Discounts: As part of Flight Centre Travel Group, you gain access to exclusive industry rates and discounts through our in-house travel team. Career Development: With Flight Centre Travel Group’s global presence, spanning 30+ brands in over 20 countries, you’ll have clear career pathways and the resources you need to achieve your professional goals, including training and support.

Vibrant Culture & industry-renowned social events: Experience our fun, industry-renowned culture with exciting social events such as monthly awards nights, global conferences, end-of-financial-year balls, and more. Active Hour: Prioritise your well-being with an hour dedicated each week to focus on your fitness or personal wellness. Comprehensive Health Cash Plan: Get reimbursed for a variety of medical services, including dental, optical, and chiropractic care, with our bronze-level health cash plan.

Health & Wellbeing Challenges: Stay engaged with monthly health and wellbeing challenges designed to keep you motivated and healthy. Financial Wellbeing Support: Access expert financial services, including mortgage advice, regulated financial guidance, and money coaching to help you manage your finances. And Much More: Enjoy a range of additional benefits, including company-matched charitable donations, an excellent pension scheme, share options, an electric vehicle scheme, and a variety of salary sacrifice benefits.
