We are currently recruiting an experienced Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts Solicitor to join our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team in the North, working from our York offices and serving clients from the York and surrounding areas. You will have significant experience and PQE and be able to work with minimal supervision and support the Firm’s objective to grow the York office. This role is responsible for managing a significant caseload of Wills Probate, Tax & Trust matters including high value estate administration.
Responsible for liaising directly with clients and ensuring a high level of client care is provided at all times. You will support more junior team members in their ongoing development and supervise work where required. You will provide an excellent, client-focused service at all times and a can-do attitude towards assisting members of the team. This role is full-time, based at our offices in York, and reports to the Head of Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts (North).
