Litigation Team Leader

The Litigation Team Leader is responsible for supervising a team of legal executives and paralegals in our Debt Recovery department who are responsible for taking on high value pre-litigated matters, issuing claims, advising and progressing defended cases and advising in all aspects of enforcement post judgment. The role focuses largely on day-to-day supervision of the team, overseeing case performance and making recommendations for training and continuous improvements. The role reports directly to the Litigation Manager
