You’ll work across Cyber Security, Azure, Microsoft 365 and general IT infrastructure, partnering with internal teams and specialist vendors to enhance security controls, respond to emerging threats and support the secure adoption of AI technologies. This is an opportunity for an experienced, hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and driving meaningful security improvements GET EXCITED TO: Strengthen cybersecurity controls across endpoint, email, identity, network, cloud and data environments Monitor and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities and incidents alongside security partners Support the secure adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Studio, Foundry and other approved AI technologies Build and maintain AI-powered security agents and automations Deliver hands-on security engineering across Azure, Microsoft 365, identity and cloud environments Provide senior-level infrastructure support across servers, networking, virtualisation and Microsoft technologies Drive technical and security projects from solution design through to implementation and handove Support cyber governance, phishing simulations, security awareness and continuous improvement against Essential Eight and ISO 27001 THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US You’re a hands-on cyber and cloud engineer who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking, initiative and the confidence to work across stakeholders, vendors and complex technology environments. 5+ years’ hands-on experience across enterprise cloud infrastructure 3+ years dedicated cybersecurity experience including technical project delivery Strong expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Active Directory and Windows Server Experience in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and remediation Strong knowledge of modern security controls across endpoint, identity, email, cloud and data protection Working knowledge of AI security and governance, including enterprise AI adoption, data protection, shadow AI, automation and agent-based technologies Broader infrastructure capability across networking, virtualisation, backup and disaster recovery Strong PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, stakeholder and vendor management capabilities Relevant Microsoft Azure and security certifications are highly regarded, with AI courses also highly regarded OUR VALUES Whether we’re building our next range, partnering with stores or trading a season, these five values guide everything we do: Think Customer Respect for All Keep it Simple Take Responsibility Act with Pace Join Forever New and shape your future in fashion with a team that values your growth, supports your development and celebrates your wins.
