Area Sales Manager - Mortgage

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading, building, and expanding a high‑performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the region. This role drives aggressive growth, oversees recruiting pipelines, ensures ongoing production performance, and strengthens FourLeaf Federal Credit Union’s presence through strategic business development. The leader in this role is accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing day‑to‑day execution of sales strategies.

This role is targeting the New York & New York City territories and is open to flexible work options including a hybrid or remote set up. The estimated salary for this role is $127,000.00 annually plus commission.
