The Senior Global Tax Accountant will be exposed to a wide variety of corporate tax concepts and challenges from acquisitions and restructuring to complex tax preparation. The senior tax role is grounded in U.S. corporate tax and incorporates a broad range of tax workstreams, including compliance and reporting, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, acquisitions, tax planning, audits, and process improvement.
The role also includes exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border matters involving collaboration with international finance teams, Treasury, Legal, and external tax advisors.
