Job Summary
The Business Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting commercial excellence by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting internal and external data to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role partners with sales, marketing, contracting, and cross-functional teams; both local and global; to identify key performance trends, support strategic initiatives, and deliver high-quality analytical deliverables.
The incumbent will design and maintain reporting templates, develop dashboards, conduct market and customer analyses, and help drive process improvements. The Business Analyst serves as a trusted analytics resource, communicating findings to stakeholders and contributing to the commercialization and operational excellence of the organization.
This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
