Senior Manager Digital & AI Project Delivery (m/f/d)

Group Digital is part of Corporate Development, a central Group function reporting to the CEO of Fresenius. Corporate Development brings together Strategy, M&A, Investment Management, Performance Management, the Medical Office and Group Digital to drive the Group's strategic agenda and long-term value creation.

The Senior Manager Digital & AI Project Delivery (m/f/d) operates at the intersection of strategy, technology and execution. The role works with senior leaders across Fresenius to translate strategic priorities into scalable Digital & AI solutions and measurable business impact across hospitals, pharmaceuticals and medical technology businesses.

Your responsibilities

• Lead high-impact Digital & AI projects across the Fresenius Group
• Drive project execution from planning through implementation and value realization
• Coordinate senior business and IT stakeholders across functions, countries and business segments
• Develop project plans, manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery
• Create transparency on progress, risks, budgets and business impact
• Prepare decision materials and executive updates for senior management
• Resolve implementation challenges and remove delivery roadblocks
• Support the scaling of Digital & AI solutions across the Group

Your qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
• At least 4 years of professional experience in an external strategy or management consulting firm, with demonstrated responsibility for complex transformation, digital, or AI projects across multiple clients
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Digital, Data and AI use cases, including the challenges of implementation, scaling and value realization
• Experience working with data platforms, digital products, AI solutions or technology-enabled business initiatives
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management and delivery governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives as well as operational teams
• Highly structured, proactive and results-oriented working style
• Business fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries or large-scale international organizations is an advantage
