In-Centeras one of three therapy verticals focuses on delivering high-quality, clinic-based hemodialysis to patients worldwide. Its mission is to support healthcare providers in offering safe, consistent, and patient-centered care in dialysis clinics.

The team collaborates across Product Design, Clinical Protocols, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to equip clinics with effective, innovative solutions that meet high standards and improve patient outcomes. As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving innovative digital solutions that make a real impact in healthcare. Working across the full technology stack, you'll build modern web applications with React, develop scalable .NET/C# microservices, and help deliver cloud-native solutions that support critical business and clinical processes.

We are looking for 2 talented Full-Stack Software Engineers to join our growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to meaningful and innovative projects, and collaborate with colleagues across different countries and functions.

You'll be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from shaping technical solutions and creating intuitive user experiences to building resilient backend services, automating deployments, and contributing to a modern cloud environment. Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable cloud-native microservices using .NET (C#), creating robust APIs that power critical business applications.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences with React and TypeScript, delivering modern web applications used by teams across the organization.
• Shape and optimize data solutions, working with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, helping deliver high-quality software quickly and securely.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, contributing to a modern cloud-first architecture.
• Drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), enabling efficient and reliable environment management.
• Champion software quality by implementing automated testing, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and fellow engineers to turn ideas and requirements into valuable solutions for users.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, solution design, and architecture discussions, helping shape the future direction of the platform.
• Support operational excellence through monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production systems.

Your Profile

We're looking for two passionate Full-Stack Software Engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, building modern applications, and taking ownership from design through to production.

You will be successful in this role if you

• Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Have strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and backend API development.
• Have solid experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Understand microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Enjoy working in a DevOps culture, contributing to automation, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
• Have experience with relational databases and modern data access frameworks.
• Are passionate about code quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy learning new technologies.
• Nice to have
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• Terraform or Infrastructure as Code knowledge.
• Event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
• Observability and monitoring tools.
• Application security best practices.
• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, finance, or other regulated industries.
