About the Role Responsible for enabling organisational alignment and executive effectiveness through strategic project management, cross-functional coordination, and communication facilitation. Owns the connective tissue between Board, SLT, ELT and Pillars teams — without owning strategy or execution itself. Departments own their goals, plans and delivery. This role owns the mechanisms that bring those together, create visibility and ensure decisions and information flow effectively across the organisation. Its purpose is to create the structure, visibility and follow-through that help leaders operate effectively across organisational boundaries.
