About the role We're looking for our first dedicated Workplace Operations hire in Bangalore, sitting within our global People team. Our People Success team already supports our tech hubs through People Partnering. As Bangalore continues to grow, this role will take local ownership of Workplace Operations and Talent, while partnering closely with our Finance teams to ensure the office is set up to operate effectively and scale successfully.
You'll own Workplace Operations in India, support hiring for the Bangalore office and help with the day-to-day Finance activities that keep the office running smoothly. You'll work closely with our global People Success, Talent Acquisition and Finance teams, while becoming a key point of contact for our Bangalore team and building knowledge of local employment practices to help shape how we operate in India. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and improving how things work.
