About the Role As RegSensus , we're bringing together FundApps by RegSensus' 16 years of expertise in regulatory monitoring and reporting with SteelEye by RegSensus' experience in trade and communications surveillance. Together, we support around 400 clients across 30+ countries, including some of the world's leading financial institutions. Our ambition is to transform how financial institutions manage regulatory compliance by connecting monitoring, reporting and surveillance through a more intelligent, automated approach to Regulatory Intelligence.
Trade surveillance is a complex area of compliance. Firms need to identify possible market abuse across huge volumes of trading data without creating more noise than signal. You’ll work directly with compliance and surveillance teams to understand their problems and turn them into clear product priorities. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Regs and Customer Success to improve detection coverage, reduce false positives and make surveillance workflows better.
You’ll need to understand the domain and how our product works, but you won’t be expected to be the regulatory expert in the room. You’ll work with specialists in our Regs team when deeper surveillance or regulatory knowledge is needed.
