How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities
- Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization.
- They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization.
- They play a crucial role in creating customer loyatly and retention.
- Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
- Incumbents at this level are entry para-professional who have little or no prior knowledge/experience.
- They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters.
- They follow basic written and oral instructions.
- They work under close supervision and communicate information that requires little explanation.
