Summary

In the role of Recruiter, you will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, and supporting successful, lasting hires. The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting and hiring skilled trades talent while promoting our core values and contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.

Duties

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for skilled trades and operations roles (e.g., technicians, apprentices, office personnel, sales, warehouse, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company hiring policies
• Continuously improve recruiting strategies to attract and retain top trades talent

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operations, skilled trades, or blue-collar workforce recruiting.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of trades and operations roles and the unique challenges of hiring in these fields.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background recruiting for high-volume or hard-to-fill skilled trade positions
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented recruiter

Work Conditions

• Regularly required to talk and/or hear.
• Climate-controlled, work-from-home office environment.
• Some travel, as needed.
