Position Overview: In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of all training programs supporting a government-contracted detainee transportation operation throughout Texas.

This position is responsible for ensuring all personnel receive required initial, refresher, remedial, and role-specific training in accordance with applicable government regulations, contract requirements, company policies, and detainee transportation protocols.

The Training Manager will maintain training compliance, qualification records, instructor programs, curriculum, testing, and certification requirements while ensuring employees are fully prepared to safely and securely perform their assigned duties.

Position Overview: In this role, you will establish, monitor, and enforce compliance standards for secure detainee transport operations across Texas, with limited operations extending into New Mexico and Oklahoma.

This role is responsible for auditing field operations, fleet maintenance records, and security protocols to guarantee full alignment with federal regulations and contractual requirements.

Working closely with management and government auditors, you will conduct regular site inspections, analyze operational performance, and implement corrective action plans.

Job Summary: The Director, Pricing & Business Analysis will be an integral member of the Finance and Business Development team, contributing to the development of the pricing strategy, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements for proposals and modifications to proposals.

The Director, Pricing & Business Analysis prepares and develops competitive pricing models and narratives for new proposals and contract modifications.

The position will also work closely with the Finance team in estimation of Forward Pricing Rates and Project Control for historical analyses.
