The Senior Business Systems Analyst – DocuSign & Legal Applications leads the digital technology strategy, delivery, and system integration roadmap for solutions supporting the Legal organization, with a primary focus on the DocuSign enterprise ecosystem (eSignature, CLM, and workflow automation).
This role acts as the primary strategic liaison between Digital Technology and Legal business stakeholders. The Senior Business Systems Analyst translates complex legal, contracting, and compliance requirements into robust functional architectures and integration roadmaps. Leveraging modern project management disciplines, business process modeling, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, the candidate will drive digital adoption, ensure business continuity, and deliver seamless API-driven integrations connecting DocuSign to core enterprise platforms.
