Job Description Summary
The Parts Lifecycle Manager drives excellence across the entire service parts lifecycle—from NPI and service operations through end of life— to deliver outstanding field service.
- Lead parts delivery performance across Interventional Solutions (IGS & ICAR), serving as the primary voice of the business with the parts organization and the Service Organization.
- Lead the PLS team to secure accurate parts setup and availability, change request (ECR/ECO) processes, and last-time buys.
- Own the relationship with the parts organization, accelerating quality improvements and continuously raising delivery performance.
