As the Market General Manager for Imaging, you will lead a commercial sales team to deliver orders, revenue and margin growth in the market (Rocky Mountain region). You impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. You will have independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experienced in Healthcare Sales leadership position

• 7 years of experience in medical sales
• Demonstrated track record in high technology product sales / solutions
• Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
• Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
• Demonstrated business acumen, financial and organizational skills.
• Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
• Live and travel within the Market (CO, AZ, UT)
