Virtual Service Salesは、担当エリアにおけるMSA（MSA=Maintenance Service Agreement／保守契約）ビジネスの管理運営と成長に責任を持ちます。今後保守ビジネスへの顧客ニーズは多様化します。 自身がエリア顧客のニーズをしっかりと理解し、Virtual Service Sales Leaderが定める戦略のもとでMSAビジネスを推進します。各ブロック・エリアMSAリーダー、エリアサービスリーダー、フィールドサービスエンジニア、チャネルパートナーと連携し保守契約の確実な更新（Renewal）、新規獲得、Price-up、グレードアップ契約（Up Sell）の案件管理と実行を促進します。
