Job Description Summary
The Finance Controller - Patient Care Solutions Madison Plant , will serve as the key finance leader for the Madison site in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across the site. Partnering closely with plant leadership, the Senior Finance Manager will provide actionable insights, lead financial planning and analysis processes, and support key business objectives related to cost, cash, quality, fulfillment, and productivity. This position plays a critical role in enabling both short- and long-term growth initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
