Job Description Summary
Join our Heavy Duty Project Teams as A Senior Project Controller where you'll lead project schedules, drive on‑time delivery, and support successful execution across complex EPC & Mega Infrastructure project.
Our Senior Project Controllers are responsible for developing and managing integrated project schedules ( Planning & Scheduling ) supporting/facing our Portfolio Leader and Stakeholder requirements.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams, our Project Controller ensures risks, issues, and changes are documented and addressed promptly following GE Vernova standards.
Additionally, the Project Controller provides a complete project performance assessment, consolidating schedule, cost, risk, and opportunity information into a clear, comprehensive view for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain L3 baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
- Lead schedule reviews, progress reporting, critical path analysis, and monthly deep‑dives.
- Provide schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage schedule impacts related to claims, change orders, and customer variations.
- Collaborate with partners, Engineering, C&I site teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and KPIs.
- Prepare schedule documentation for reviews, reporting, and project close‑out.
