Senior Treasury Staff Manager - Treasury Infrastructure

Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager – Treasury Infrastructure - is accountable for the performance and integrity of the treasury applications; the role is the process owner of monitoring connections to ensure timely and accurate transfer of treasury data. The role leads the Global Treasury Infrastructure team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Treasury Infrastructure team as a people leader according to GE Vernova’s standards, coach and develop team members
• Own governance over treasury data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a "single source of truth" across treasury systems
• Create and lead daily management on monitoring interface health and system stability, proactively identifying and resolving transmission or connectivity issues
• Support Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning initiatives
• Lead coordination with banks for service issues pertaining to GE Vernova electronic payments and bank reporting
• Lead infrastructure enhancement initiatives partnering with Digital Technology (DT), 3rd party vendors and banks. Own functional design decisions
• Cultivate a zero defect culture embracing Lean principles
• Provide functional oversight of system integrated and user acceptance testing.
• Make go/no-go decisions with data driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading global teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Understanding of treasury operations and cash management principles
• Extensive Treasury System Management experience
• Understanding of banking networks, payment systems, collections, disbursements, FX, pooling/concentration.
• Demonstrated Lean experience
• Knowledge of Swift Payments and Messaging Systems such as SWIFT payments (MT101/ MT103/ PAIN001/PAIN002 preferred) and familiarity with SQL
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Payment Factory experience (e.g., TRAX)

• Treasury Management System (TMS) experience (e.g., Quantum)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving results across multiple stakeholders and departments.
