At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives

What you’ll do

  • Support the day-to-day administration of our LMS platforms, including course setup, content management, enrolments, and marketplace listings.
  • Provide responsive support to learners and stakeholders by troubleshooting issues, managing support tickets, and delivering user guidance.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, testing, and reporting to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and engaging learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Learning Coordinator to streamline workflows, implement system improvements, and drive continuous enhancement across the LMS environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, user management, content uploads, and reporting.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues, support users, and adapt to evolving technologies and training requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and provide high-quality stakeholder support.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

  • Demonstrated experience administering Canvas LMS, with the ability to support and enhance digital learning environments.
  • Experience within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or vocational education setting, with an understanding of compliance and learner requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to improve learning outcomes and system effectiveness.
  • Relevant qualifications in educational technology, information technology, instructional design, Training and Assessment, or a related field, coupled with knowledge of HTML and e-learning content development tools.
