About Us
At Genworth and CareScout, we’re on a mission to simplify and dignify the aging experience.
The truth is, most of us will help a parent, spouse, family member, friend, or neighbor navigate aging and care at some point in our lives. We’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we’re building better ways to help people find, fund, and understand aging care all while being supported every step of the way.
We’re a team of curious problem-solvers, compassionate listeners, and people who care about making a difference. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where every team member feels respected, supported, and empowered to bring their authentic self.
Our four values guide our strategy, our decisions, and our interactions:
Make it human. We care about the people that make up our customers, colleagues, and communities.
Make it about others. We do what's best for our customers and collaborate to drive progress.
Make it happen. We work with intention toward a common purpose and forge ways forward together.
Make it better. We create fulfilling purpose-driven careers by learning from the world and each other.
If you’re looking to build a meaningful career while helping transform the aging experience for millions of families, we’d love to hear from you.

This role will manage data requests submitted through ServiceNow, translate business needs into clear data requirements, and retrieve information from multiple databases and source systems.
Working across business, analytics, technology, and data teams, this individual will coordinate requests from intake through delivery, execute and modify SQL queries, validate results, and maintain clear documentation throughout the request lifecycle. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage and prioritize data requests through ServiceNow, partnering with stakeholders to clarify requirements, timelines, and desired outputs.
Write, execute, and maintain SQL queries across multiple databases to deliver accurate, timely, and business-relevant data solutions.
Validate and analyze data extracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements and established standards.
Collaborate with business partners, data owners, subject matter experts, and technology teams to resolve data questions, dependencies, and access needs.
Create and maintain thorough documentation, including request details, requirements, query logic, status updates, and delivery records.
Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline recurring requests through reporting solutions, Power BI dashboards, and other scalable processes, while contributing to broader Operations Analytics efforts through data analysis, report development, testing, and documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business operations, or information management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using SQL and Excel to retrieve, validate, analyze, and prepare data that supports business decision-making.
Ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements, identify data quality issues, and communicate findings, limitations, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with proven experience managing multiple priorities, requests, and deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and quality.
Collaborative and customer-focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive or restricted information responsibly.
Continuous improvement mindset with experience documenting processes, streamlining workflows, and leveraging tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, Databricks, or similar technologies to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
