Summary of Role
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Device Modeling Engineer to develop, validate, and deploy predictive models for superconducting, photonic, optoelectronic, and other emerging quantum-enabling devices. This role will translate fundamental device physics and measured electrical, optical, RF, and cryogenic behavior into simulation-ready models and libraries for Quantum Process Design Kits (QPDKs), heterogeneous integration, and customer design flows.
