• The Regional Lead Recruiter serves as the recruiting leader for an assigned geographic region, driving hiring results and serving as the primary Talent Acquisition business partner for regional operations leaders.
• We are hiring 1 Regional Lead Recruiter to support New England and 1 Regional Lead Recruiter to support New York.
• For the New York region, candidates must reside in Metro New York City or Long Island to effectively support regional operations and travel to locations as needed.
• The Regional Lead Recruiter is accountable for achieving staffing goals across the assigned region, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and driving strategic recruiting initiatives.
