Contribute to and maintain technical repositories (e.g., on code hosting platform), applying best practices for repository management, linters, continuous integration (CI) infrastructure, community triage, developer tooling, and technical documentation (e.g., READMEs). Provide high touch technical guidance, partner education, implementation reviews, and troubleshooting for strategic partners to guarantee successful integrations and resolve technical challenges within defined service level agreements.
Develop technical tools, open-source utilities (e.g., software development kits (SDKs), scripts), and documentation to expedite partner implementation, improve developer experience (DevX), and enhance operational scaling with Engineering. Work with Product Managers, Partner Operations Managers, and Engineering to channel partner feedback and prioritize new product features and tool requests to improve processes, performance, and product offerings.
Identify, drive, and optimize growth for new business opportunities by leveraging data and Google technologies.
