Direct complex initiatives across PLM (Agile/Windchill) and SAP S/4HANA MDG, covering data onboarding, system landscape migrations, and capability upgrades. Act as the resident authority on PLM and SAP MDG/MDM data, system processes, operational procedures, and enterprise governance policies. Partner with stakeholders to establish data standards, business rules, and sustainable governance workflows for the creation, change, and ongoing maintenance of master data.
Author and align critical process flows, policy documentation, RACI frameworks, and decision-making structures across shared data domains. Lead organizational change management and user training, establishing recurring audits and key quality metrics for monthly and quarterly reviews.
