Partner closely with cross-functional peers such as Product and UX to collaboratively define the goal and strategy for growing and activating new users on Google Photos. Define and influence technical direction and long-term strategy in conjunction with peer leads, helping the team make balanced tradeoffs, and prioritize engineering excellence investments in a systemic way. Manage an engineering team across Android and iOS including formal career management and coaching to help the team grow in directions that are exciting to them.
