Act as a strategic technical partner to downstream engineering teams (e.g., Play, Cloud, and Google Pay), guiding the integration of our infrastructure into their specific user journeys from onboarding to business generation. Drive system-wide improvements across the various components that make-up the Identity Verification (IDV) platform, taking ownership of critical engineering metrics like pass rates and verification duration.
