Plan, scope, and deliver high-craft interaction and visual design solutions across end-to-end user journeys with minimal oversight. Identify patterns across features and workflows, anticipate edge cases and technical dependencies, and address root-cause user pain points rather than surface symptoms. Collaborate daily with PM, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design to align on priorities, trade-offs, and launch-readiness quality bars.
Partner with UX Researchers and leverage quantitative product metrics to validate hypotheses, iterate on prototypes, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Apply and contribute to Google design systems, maintaining high visual and interaction polish across web and mobile surfaces.
