Execute scope for cross-functional product development of new products and programs to address undefined challenges with limited guidance. Lead products through the product life-cycle process (e.g., concept, development, launch) driving scope, schedule, cost, and resource management, using existing processes. Work with upstream and downstream partner teams across data centers, supply chain, construction and execution teams, hardware, and software operations to establish a streamlined supply chain and reliable deployments that meet cost.
Manage the controls roadmap from initial concept and hardware selection through to end-of-life/obsolescence planning. Evaluate and hold vendors accountable for firmware quality, hardware reliability, and compliance with technical specifications.
