Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, customer Master Service Agreements (MSAs), partnership contracts, licenses, and non-disclosure agreements. Partner with commercial and sales teams to streamline contract intake, standardize templates, and reduce sales cycle friction. Provide end-to-end legal support for new product features, services, and geographic expansions from concept to launch.
Conduct legal risk assessments and privacy evaluations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) to ensure product compliance before release. Assist in managing dispute resolution, pre-litigation claims, and active litigation matters. Coordinate with and oversee outside litigation counsel to manage strategy, budgets, discovery requests, and court filings. Review marketing communications, product copy, and user interface workflows to align with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and industry regulations.
Conduct internal factual investigations, draft response letters, and implement hold notices for litigation matters.
