Senior Learning Designer (Fixed-Term Contract)

Lead and support learning design strategy across multiple products, collaborating with teammates and partners across PeopleDev and POp Products. Build end-to-end learning solutions or programs that align to user needs and that drive high impact to the business. Develop clear learning design roadmaps to build user-centric, personalized learning solutions. Leverage learning design practices to deliver new or continuously improved products that are relevant to current and emergent user needs. Anticipate instructional design trends to build compelling products and apply AI tools to optimize workflows or create personalized learning experiences.
