Drive forensic root cause analysis of abuse attacks and Design processes to optimize the impact of incident investigations. Produce reports and communications to enable partner teams to develop mitigation plans. Drive risk mitigation programs for significant events (elections, social unrest etc). Partner with engineering teams to develop subject matter expertise about system vulnerabilities. Act as an Incident Manager to contain abuse attacks/unplanned events.
