Perform and oversee high-quality content reviews within a 24/7 operation to accurately determine the right intervention for suicide and self-harm detection. Set up, scale, and operationalize global workflows and review pipelines for suicide and self-harm intervention workflows. Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders—including Policy, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Google Health—to build alignment and optimize operations.
Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders with the ability to improve harm detection systems and mitigate risks. Partner closely with stakeholders across trust and safety and other cross-functional teams such as Google Health, Product, Engineering, Policy and Legal. This role does include reviewing graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive content during the course of the role in line with Google's policies.
