Partner with sales and engagement managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and first-party data management strategy, and pain points. Advise internal stakeholders to maximize adoption of existing MoS within their product area and how to streamline delivery by prioritizing scalable solutions with last-mile customization, where required, while reserving bespoke engineering efforts for high-impact scenarios that unlock new business streams or optimize existing media spend.
Act as a trusted product advisor to customers and internal teams, providing expert guidance on available services within the product area as well as technical guidance to overcoming complex challenges including system architecture and integration strategies. Lead the technical hand-over to engineering teams, authoring high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD)/Product Requirement Documents (PRD) for bespoke solutions that are grounded in proven prototypes and aligned with the product strategy roadmap.
