Define and implement long-term strategic sourcing plans for custom silicon encompassing market analysis, risk assessment, supplier identification and qualification, and technology roadmapping to ensure a resilient and cost-effective supply base that meets Google's evolving needs. Lead negotiations with key suppliers, developing and managing complex contractual agreements to optimize value, mitigate risk, and ensure favorable commercial terms that align with Google's business objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for strategic suppliers, proactively managing supplier performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships to ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and proactive problem resolution. Manage end-to-end supplier deliverables advocated by business unit partners. Drive operational improvements to enhance demand fulfillment, capacity, pricing, and alternate sourcing programs for business continuity.
Oversee voice of the supplier initiatives and strengthen Google's engagement across the supply base.
