Be responsible for optimal usage of gigawatts of DC capacity across all internal & external customers over multi-year time horizon. Lead talented junior engineers to drive policy, propose technical designs, write software, identify and address software defects, and measure success of the system. Provide 1-1 guidance and mentorship of junior engineers. Work closely with business teams to develop and drive policy changes in tandem with the technical roadmap.
Align with partner and cross-functional teams on dependencies and joint commitments. Drive the software development process including coding, review, design and architecture discussion. Communicate technical impact to the broader ecosystem.
