Senior Program Manager, Network Strategic Finance and Operations

Manage material Purchase Order (PO) CapEx versus actual consumption to optimize capital deployment, establish financial policies, and partner with Corporate Finance on unit cost modeling. Translate complex physical constraints into multi-year infrastructure roadmaps and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to evaluate strategic investment architectures and large-scale operational tradeoffs. Resolve cost-related escalations and influence the long-term technical direction across internal data center fabrics, Data Center Interconnect (DCI), and WAN backbone expansion.

Analyze the end-to-end supply chain to identify risks and execute commercial strategies, including Long-Term Agreements and capacity reservations, to guarantee supply continuity for critical commodities. Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineering, strategic sourcing, and capacity planning to ensure global supply chain readiness and cultivate deep commercial supplier partnerships.
